I don't know...but I do know that Spyro is a Greek name.
Also I think that Spyro somehow means fire

its another meaning...i dont know how to explain you...whoever play Kingdom Hearts he/she will understand the meaning.(actually whoever saw the secret trailer on KH2= FM+)

no...
i want to tell this: the 3 main characters in KH2:FM+'s secret ending, their names are Terra( that means land), Aqua (that means sea) and Ven( that means sky) so it's impossible for the name Spyro means fire, but if anyone spells the word (S)-(PYRO) he can see that means fire
